Returns

We do not provide refunds if you change your mind (and we are not required to do so under Australian law).  

Faulty Books

If by some unlikely chance your book is faulty (e.g., it cannot be read), we will exchange the book for another copy. The faulty book will need to be returned to us, at our expense, so that an inspection of quality can be made.  

Shipping

• We only ship to Australia via this website.

• Shipping is paid for by You, the customer, and is outlined during the checkout process.

• If a book is faulty, we will ask you to return the book, and you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs.
